We premised our collaborative proposal on the fact that we had an overwhelming need to increase the number and the percentage of women faculty across all five of the AAFAWCE institutions.
Using Harold Kroto’s Global Educational Outreach portal, we Web cast the recruitment workshop presented by the Committee on STRIDE (2010) from the University of Michigan, which we were allowed to broadcast within the AAFAWCE using our Blackboard site.
